The Clerk's Office serves a number of important functions. The website is managed from this office, as are minutes, resolutions and ordinances of the Beverly Common Council. The City's insurance is handled here as are resident requests, OPRA requests, scheduling of maintenance, and coordination of resident services. All reports of injuries, pending and active litigation and safety programs are administered in this department as well as bids, contracts and elections.

Being as this office also doubles as the City Administrator's office, resident compliments, comments or complaints can be submitted here for all departments. City budget information is available at this location as well.
